Refund and Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Returns

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery—no reason required.

  • We extend this to 30 days as a courtesy.
  • Applies to all items, excluding products as gift.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at service email within 30 days with your order number.
  2. Pack the item with all original accessories and the return slip.
  3. Drop off at your local carrier. Track your return via the provided link.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

3. Refund Process

Process will be following:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Shipping fees (outbound) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or misdescribed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us with service email.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Only the following are excluded:

  • Customized/engraved devices (e.g., laser-etched names)
  • Items with tampered IMEI or signs of liquid damage
  • Missing original accessories (charger, cable) without prior agreement

5. Defective Items & Warranty

  • 14-day returns cover change of mind.
  • 24-month legal warranty covers manufacturing defects (separate from returns).
  • If defective: Contact us immediately. We’ll arrange new way to handle it.

6. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to service email, a response will be back with how to do.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

7. Fraud Protection

  • All devices undergo IMEI verification pre-shipment.
  • Returns with blacklisted/locked IMEI (reported lost/stolen after purchase) are not eligible for refund. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to authorities.

8. Note

Do not return items to the manufacturer—returns must be sent to our designated address (provided in return email).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
